RiverBend Manor and Mayfair Manor are located on the Thompson River in North Shore Kamloops. We are part of the RiverBend Seniors Community and Mayfair Seniors Community. We offer beautiful and affordable rental housing close to shopping, restaurants, the airport and bus routes. When you are part of our Seniors Communities you have access to the recreational activities and numerous amenities. All of our suites are available for those aged 55+.
RiverBend Manor is within the RiverBend Seniors Community. Oncore Seniors Society owns 34 studio and 6 one-bedroom suites and manages another 26 studio suites owned by BC Housing. Oncore also operates the dining room and reception desk. There are 99 additional condos that are privately-owned or rented in the RiverBend building.
Mayfair Manor is within the Mayfair Seniors Community which is across the parking lot from RiverBend Seniors Community.Oncore Seniors Society owns 20 studio suites and operates the dining room and reception desk. There are 79 additional condos that are privately-owned or rented in the Mayfair building.
Each suite comes with 3 daily meals, a twin bed, a wall mounted flat screen tv and a mini kitchen with a small fridge, cupboards and space for a microwave oven. A cable package, wired internet, a phone (with a new phone number and voicemail), heating & air conditioning, electricity, weekly housekeeping service and so much more is included when you rent one of our Manor suites. Both of our facilities are secure and have a friendly and caring staff.
