Update to Mayfair Residents on the COVID-19 Response, October 14, 2020. (RiverBend has similar requirements.)
The strata council kindly asks for your attention to these updated requirements to reduce the risks of the novel coronavirus and the spread of COVID-19. Share with your family and friends so they can understand what the goals are.
- Visitation should be limited to reasons of Health and Wellness or other Essential requirements.
- Persons under 19 are not to enter due to their possible increased risk of contact at schools.
- Know your social contacts and ask questions to ensure that no-one you bring over or go visit is at risk of being exposed to the novel coronavirus.
- If you have family visiting, please do outdoors wherever possible or within your unit and not in the common rooms of the building.
- All visitors must enter through the main door.
- All visitors are to sign in, sanitize and use the contactless thermometer.
- Non residents must wear a mask while moving through the common areas.

If you would like to sign up for a flu shot, sign up at RiverBend or Mayfair. Friday, Oct. 9, Tues. Oct. 13 or Wed. Oct. 14. The flu shots will be administered at the new Pharmasave RiverBend.

To protect Residents, the strata council has voted to restrict access to only permit medically necessary persons within the common areas.
DO NOT ENTER if you are sick or at risk of exposure to COVID-19. Please arrange for deliveries to transact at the front door or out of doors.
