RiverBend Manor and Mayfair Manor are located along the Thompson River on the North Shore of Kamloops, British Columbia. Our Manors are part of the RiverBend and Mayfair Seniors Communities. These thriving communities are close to shopping, restaurants, the post office, the airport and bus routes.
Our seniors’ communities (55+) offer a variety of supports that help our residents live their best life. The buildings are both for independent living, and even though no medical care is provided by Oncore Seniors Society, care aides through Interior Health regularly visit the community.
RiverBend is part of a larger senior’s community, with the Manor consisting of 60 studio suites and 6 one-bedroom suites. This busy building always has residents milling about.
Mayfair is a more intimate building, with the Manor making up 20 studio suites. This close-knit community stays busy with constant programs from the recreation department.
Residents of the Manor have full access to the recreation program and numerous building amenities. Oncore residents can utilize amenities in both buildings, regardless of which community they call home. Each suite is equipped with a small fridge, a twin bed, and a wall mounted television. Included in the rent is cable, internet, phone, weekly light housekeeping, and three meals a day, served in our dining room. Our secure building is only accessible by FOB and has caring employees around the community 24/7.
Oncore provides services to all residents at RiverBend Seniors Community. Residents not living in the Manor can participate in our housekeeping program, eat in our dining room, or have meals delivered for an additional charge.
