Oncore Seniors Society assists seniors and adults with disabilities in daily living through affordable housing options. We provide safe housing that is dedicated to supporting seniors with issues such as safety, health, and finances.
The Society started in North Kamloops in the mid 1960s as a men’s boarding house and over time the organization has evolved into the Oncore of today. Oncore is governed by a voluntary Board of Directors made up of community leaders focused on providing superior services at an affordable rate so that all seniors are able to age happily and healthily. Thanks to their hard work the society has locations across British Columbia and is continuing to grow.
Oncore employees are committed to providing a thriving community for their seniors. Our Manors offer a nutritious meal program, housekeeping services, a fulsome recreation program and gathering spaces for independent socialization, all provided with the intent of maximizing mental and physical wellness.
